| Return & Exchange Policy
For the hardware products, if for any
reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it
within 15 days of receiving the
merchandise for a refund or within 30 days for an exchange. Software products and
special order items are not returnable. Please email
support@amecisco.com for
an RMA# before sending the product back.
Returning for refund:
- If the product is defective, the full amount including
shipping charge will be refunded.
- Original shipping charge will be refunded if it's our mistake.
- Customer is responsible for the cost of returning the package
to us. Cost is reimbursed if it's our mistake.
- All credits will be placed on the credit card used during the
original purchase. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to
appear on your statement.
Returning for exchange:
- Exchanged items cannot be returned for a refund.
- Customer is responsible for all shipping charges unless we
shipped the wrong or defective product, in which case we will
cover the charges.
- Customer will be credited the original order amount less the
shipping (unless it's our mistake), and then charged with a new
order amount. All credits will be placed on the credit card used
during the original purchase. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the
credit to appear on your statement.
